Who is responsible for your information
KP Business Development Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@aimentionscore.com.
What we collect
When you request a report or subscribe: your name if you give it, your email address, and your business's name, city and website.
When you pay: Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your card number; we receive confirmation of payment and a customer reference.
About businesses, from public sources: business names, websites, public listings such as Google Business Profiles, publicly listed business email addresses, and what AI assistants say about businesses when asked.
When you use the site: we count how many times a report is opened. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
To produce and email your report, and to run your weekly checks if you subscribe. This is to provide the service you asked for.
To take payment and keep financial records. This is to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations.
To contact businesses at publicly listed business email addresses to offer a free report. This is in our legitimate interest of telling businesses about a service relevant to them. Every email can be answered with a request to stop, and we honour it.
To keep the service secure and working. This is in our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use these providers to run the service:
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Supabase, which stores our data
- Stripe, which processes payments
- Resend, which sends report and weekly emails
- Instantly, which sends our outreach emails
- OpenRouter, and through it OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity, which answer the questions we ask. They receive the questions, which name a city and a type of business, not your contact details.
Some of these providers process information in the United States. Where information about people in the UK or EU leaves those areas, we rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Subscriber details are kept while you subscribe and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back or have a question. Payment records are kept for six years, as UK law requires. Outreach contact details are kept until you ask us to stop or they are no longer useful. Reports are kept so that their links keep working.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, including to our outreach emails. Write to hello@aimentionscore.com. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
